Can I call you?

No, Webador doesn't offer telephone support. In our experience, we serve our customers best - and quickest - via email. If you have a question or need help with something, send us an email and we'll make sure you get the support you need!

What are the monthly costs for each subscription?

The prices differ per package. For a Webador Lite subscription you pay $9 per month, for Pro you pay $16 per month, and for Business $32 per month. With annual billing you get an extra discount. You can also create a free website with us. You don't have to pay anything for a free site.

Will my subscription be renewed automatically?

Subscriptions and domain names are renewed automatically. You decide whether your plan is renewed monthly or annually.

Am I tied to an ongoing subscription?

You can cancel a Lite, Pro, or Business subscription with due observance of the one month notice period. Subscriptions billed annually are always renewed for a year, while subscriptions billed monthly are renewed for one month. After cancelling a subscription, we can immediately provide a transfer code for your domain name.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel a paid subscription by sending us a message via our contact page. Please be aware that cancellation is subject to one month's notice.

Do I need technical knowledge to build a website?

No, that's not necessary! We work hard to make building a website as easy as possible - so anyone can do it.

Can I start an online store?

Yes, you can start an online store! With a Pro plan, you can list up to 10 products, while a Business plan allows you to list unlimited products. For more information, take a look at our help center.

Can I create a business email address?

Users with a Pro or Business plan can create a mailbox. Pro plans come with a 1GB mailbox, while Business plans include an XL mailbox with 10GB of storage space!
